  The project includes two power plants, nine substations and 730KM transmission line.It is key and most important project of Timor Leste government in 2010.Project started from 2010 and success in deliver electricity end of 2011.Port Dili is a low draft port and always in congestion.Also road condition is very bad from port to project site.Anyway Comtrans was successfully deliver assigned cargo to site and intact.

  Project Partial Rehabilitation of MV/LV Networks In Huambo and Caala City-Storage and Release

  Project Huambo power transmission is the construction of Huambo to Caala electric power transformation.The whole project laid lines 40KM,20 substations and ensure of electricity in the centre of the city to the Caala. Comtrans takes charge of the whole transportation,including ocean,Ninland transportation and custom clearance.
