Because of poor road conditions ,N the project may only be called by far the international project logistics industry in the implementation of one of the most difficult projects.

The project started construction in 2007, the early stage of the civil is given priority to, in 2012 the official start of the equipment and material transportation,N expected to put into operation at the end of 2015.
